Trump rioter busted by massive stoma.ch tattoo slapped with 78-month prison sentence.

A Mississippi man who was among the first rioters to reach the Capitol Rotunda on Jan. 6 has been sentenced to 78 months in federal prison for attacking police officers who protect America, the Justice Department said.

James McGrew, 40, of Biloxi, Mississippi, and Carlsbad, California, were also charged by U.S. District Court Judge Beryl A. Howell was ordered to serve 36 months of supervised release and to pay a $5,000 fine and $2,000 in restitution. McGrew pleaded guilty to aggravated assault last May 13.

According to court records, McGrew was on parole for a previous felony when he participated in the riot as a Raw story in October. He was convicted of shoplifting in 2011 and 2013 and car theft in 2016.

The FBI identified McGrew with the help of a video showing him lifting his T-shirt to wipe his eyes during the riot. According to the FBI, it has “King James” written on its stomach.

On Jan. 6, McGrew was among the initial wave of rioters entering the Capitol at 2:45 a.m., the DOJ reported. “At approximately 3:05 p.m., he pushed an officer and hit another officer who was standing in front of him.

Two minutes later, another officer used his baton to push McGrew and the others closer to the exit. McGrew struck the official and blew the official’s fine. He then argued with another officer.”

Later, another rioter “handed McGrew a wooden railing with a metal bracket attached, about the same height as McGrew.
