On Wednesday, the case will be heard in court.The Uddhav Thackeray faction has petitioned the Election Commission to overturn the decision to recognise the Eknath Shinde faction as the original Shiv Sena.Earlier on Tuesday, advocate Kapil Sibal urged for an urgent hearing on the petition before a bench of CJI Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice PS Narasimha.Which the Supreme Court accepted.The case will be heard in court today at 3:30 p.m.
“If the EC (Election Commission) order is not stayed, they will take over the symbol and bank accounts,” according to the petition filed by the Uddhav faction.
