In these, priority will be given to entrepreneurs starting startups. About 400 entrepreneurs will be able to start their companies by taking space on rent. About four thousand people will get employment from the flatted factories to be started in all the four sectors. Yamuna Development Authority will get four storey buildings constructed for this. Production will start here in a year after the construction work of the buildings is completed.

Scheme to encourage small entrepreneurs

Chief Executive Officer of Yamuna Development Authority, Dr. Arun Veer Singh said that the authority intends that along with big companies, small entrepreneurs should also set up their units. Youth will get startup opportunity. He informed that flatted factories would be set up in four sectors and priority would be given to startup entrepreneurs. He told that such initiatives are necessary to promote startups and start new companies. In this, work can be started with less money, while the facilities will be better. Connections of all facilities including electricity, water, PNG gas will be provided here. He told that a huge amount of money is needed to set up a factory.

After the building is built, money has to be spent on maintenance as well, in a flatted factory only rent has to be paid. Maintenance and other work will be done by the concerned institution. Startup can be started in this with low cost. Usually it is a multi-storey building, in which different companies run on different floors in the same building. The CEO said that the Yamuna Development Authority had started work on the plan to build 100 flatted factories in Industrial Sector 29. Recently, instructions were given by the Chief Minister to increase the number of these factories. Based on this, the authority has now planned to expand this project not only in Sector 29 but also in four other sectors.
